For a refund, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and with all attached tags intact. You must initiate the return within 48 hours from the delivery date.
Non-Refundable Items
Certain items like intimate wear, accessories, and personalized/customized products cannot be refunded due to hygiene and personalization reasons.
Returns Process
To start a return, log in to your account and go to the "My Orders" section. Follow the instructions to generate a return request, stating the reason and attaching any necessary documentation. Our customer support team will review your request and assist you with the return process.

After inspecting your returned item, we'll send you an email confirming its receipt and notifying you of the approval or denial of your refund request. Please allow about five to seven (5-7) business days for the refund to be processed.
