Shipping Procedures
At Primevista Solutions, we prioritize nationwide delivery managed by our reliable shipping partners, who typically attempt delivery two to three times. If delivery is unsuccessful, please reach out to us to arrange for a rescheduled delivery.
Please be aware that we do not dispatch products on Sundays and holidays due to partner availability. Unfortunately, if products or orders are returned due to incomplete or incorrect addresses, refunds for the purchase price cannot be provided, and we will not be held responsible.
Transit Duration
Domestic shipments typically take around three to eight (3-8) business days to reach their destination.
Split Shipments
Orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days depending on availability and shipping locations. We often ship products separately to ensure secure transit, resulting in multiple deliveries.
Change of Address Requests
Once an order is placed, we are unable to modify the address. If changes are necessary, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order, and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
